The Retreats

I have scoured the British countryside to find locations that are both beautiful and accessible for my Campervan Retreats.

Each retreat will offer a variety of activities that take place in nature to improve both physical and mental health.

The aim is to provide everyone with rest, relaxation, gentle movement, fun, warmth and independence.

You will benefit from some quality 'me time' away from the stresses of everyday life. You will leave feeling refreshed, rewarded and energised, with new found friends and great memories to keep forever.

I look forward to welcoming you to Campervan Retreats very soon.

Schedule & What to Expect

Two day /2 night retreats:

Arrival Day: You can arrive anytime from 2pm onwards to set up your campervan, settle in and start meeting the other ladies. You will be warmly welcomed by the retreat host.

In the evening there will be a welcome circle around the campfire and an optional gentle yoga flow class to ease your body after your journey. This gives you time to leave all your worries behind and embrace the beautiful location and our time together.

Retreat Day 1: The first full day is a day of movement and connection. Starting around 9.30am each retreat will vary depending on where we are and what activities are available. Activities can include: yoga, pranayama, meditation, paddle boarding, surfing, climbing, walking, swimming, crafts, drumming workshops, wellbeing workshops and much more. You will have plenty of time to relax and read, take a nap, have a paddle or whatever takes your fancy. Private massages are available to book at some locations at an extra cost payable locally. In the evening we come together around the fire and connect with others, or if you prefer, spend some quiet time in your campervan. The campfire evening finishes by 11pm for some star gazing and bedtime.

Retreat Day 2: We will start the second day with a chilled yoga class and a wonderful uplifting guided meditation. Once again depending on location the second days activities will vary.

The days activities will end around mid afternoon

Departure on the final day is from around 4pm.

This is an example itinerary and so please check each individual retreat on the booking site for specific activities and timing,
