I have scoured the British countryside to find locations that are both beautiful and accessible for our Campervan Retreats.
Each Retreat will offer a variety of activities that take place in nature to improve both physical and mental health.
The aim is to provide everyone with rest, relaxation, gentle movement, fun, warmth and independence.
You will benefit from some quality 'me time' away from the stresses of everyday life. You will leave feeling refreshed, rewarded and energised, with new found friends and great memories to keep forever.

Schedule & What to Expect
2 full days of activities across 2 or 3 night retreats:
Arrival Day: You can arrive anytime after 2pm to set up your Campervan, settle in and start meeting the other ladies. You will be warmly welcomed by the Retreat host.
On the first evening, there will be a 'Women's Welcome Circle' around the campfire once everyone has arrived plus there is an optional gentle Yoga session to ease your body after your journey. This gives you the opportunity to leave all your worries behind and embrace the beautiful location and our time together.
Retreat Days: You will enjoy a full day of movement and connection. Starting around 9.00am, each Retreat will vary depending on where we are and what activities are available. Activities can include: Yoga, Meditation, Paddle Boarding, Tennis, Climbing, Walking, Swimming, Crafts, Drumming workshops, Massage, Movement, Deeper Breathwork, Wellbeing Workshops and much more....
You will have plenty of time to relax and read, take a nap, have a paddle or whatever takes your fancy. Private massages will be available to book at most locations at an extra cost payable locally. In the evening, we come together around the fire and connect with others, or if you prefer, spend some quiet time in your Campervan. The campfire evening finishes by 10:30pm for some star gazing and bedtime.
We will start the second day with a chilled Yoga class and a wonderful uplifting guided Meditation. Once again, depending on location and duration, the second days activities will vary.
The 2 night Retreats begin Friday afternoon with activities all day Saturday and Sunday morning, with a 'Closing Circle' around 2pm and departure around 3 - 4pm.
The 3 night Retreats run from Thursday to Sunday with 2 full days of activities on Friday and Saturday and home time on Sunday after the closing circle.
This is an example itinerary and so please check each individual Retreat on the booking site for specific activities and timing.


What's Included:
2 or 3 nights in a stunning, private, exclusive location, surrounded by nature
Welcome snacks and hot or cold drinks on arrival after your journey
Use of facilities, showers and toilets, most locations may have a communal kitchen area
Firewood for the communal campfire
Women's Circle, Yoga, Guided Meditation, Guided Walks, Workshops, Sound Therapy, Drumming Circle, Breath work, Macrame and other varied activities depending on the location such as Gong Bath, Sauna, Wild Swimming,
*Each Retreat has optional extra activities so you can opt to do as much or as little as you like
Public liability insurance
What's not included:
Accommodation - you get to bring your own (or hired) Campervan
Electric hook up (if available)
Food - the Retreats are all self-catering
Travel to and from the locations
Travel insurance
Add on extras such as Massage, Paddleboarding lesson or SUP Yoga.

Check each individual retreat for specific prices.
Costs range from £295 - £500 depending on duration, occupancy and location.
